How we get paid.
The manufacturer who wins the job pays us a fixed brokerage fee. It's agreed before the tender goes out and it's the same amount whichever supplier wins — so we have no reason to point you at one over another. It comes out of the margin they'd otherwise spend on showroom floor space and sales staff, not off the top of your quote.
Developers and builders running repeat specification can pay a flat project fee instead, and we'll disclose every supplier rebate in writing.
Beat our price and we'll pay you $250
Find a cheaper written quote for the same kitchen, to the same specification, within 14 days of accepting ours — we'll beat it. If we can't beat it, we pay you $250, no argument.
Like-for-like specification: same cabinetry, hardware, benchtop material and install scope.
